There is also a bathroom, a ground floor shower room and a ground floor cloakroom. Completing the accommodation is a kitchen with a dining area, a sitting room, a sun room and a barn room and a utility. Outside is a private lawned garden with a patio and furniture and guests have access to 40-acres of fields, woodland and private coastline. There is also ample off road parking.
